KeyCart.in believes in helping its customers as much as possible and, therefore, follows a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- KeyCart.in does not accept cancellation requests for digital products that can be downloaded. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer can establish that the product is inaccurate or not as described.
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will make an appropriate decision.
- For complaints regarding products that come with a warranty, please refer to the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer or vendor.
- If a refund is approved by KeyCart.in, it will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to the customer’s original payment method.
